Our state-of-the-art machines are easy to use, all are tap and go, so no need to fumble around with the right change. They also feature auto-dosing technology for detergent and softener included in the price, ensuring perfect results every time.
While your laundry gets fresh and clean, make the most of your time by working in our comfortable lounge equipped with free wifi and charging stations, or simply unwind, put on your favourite tunes and enjoy a treat from our onsite vending machines.
For everyone’s comfort, please remember to promptly remove your laundry when the cycle is complete. Use our spacious folding benches to sort and fold everything. At Soak Laundry Lounge we’re here to make laundry a breeze!
NO NEED TO BYO DETERGENT
Our machines self-dispense detergent and fabric conditioner based on soil level and water temperature. You don’t need to add your own.

SOAK is a cashless facility. We accept all cards and we do not pass on processing surcharges.
Our washing machines are super water efficient and very gentle on garments.
WASHERS (Includes detergent and softener)

- X Large (triple load) $15.10
- SuperSOAK (quadruple load) $18.90
Our dryers are gas-powered with four heat settings selected at start. The temperature can be adjusted mid-cycle.
If the default run time is too short or long, you can adjust prior to payment.
- X Large (triple load) $8.40 – 30 mins
- SuperDRY (quadruple load) $10.40 – 30 mins
Operating Hours & Run Times
Our opening hours are 6am to 9pm 7 days a week.
A full wash and dry cycle takes about an hour, plus time for folding. To ensure you finish on time, we recommend starting your last wash by 7:50 pm and your last dry by 8:20 pm. The doors close and lock automatically at 9:00 pm. To exit, simply press the exit button.
